Been doing it for years & the only problem I've ever had is a bruise 1 or 2 from new people that were not to exp.with inserting the needle.Keep on it helps a lot of people.

I donate as much as I can because I am O+. I never had a problem and I have never heard of anything that could happen. I mean, I don't think that the negative side effects could out-weigh the good that comes from donating.

you may donate everyday,the only side effect is that you may feel weak. but you should only donate blood if you are O+ or you have the same blood group as the person to whom you are donating.

none at all..in fact it is good for you. if something happened your body would be used to losing blood and you would not go into shock as easily.
