Last night my hubby had muscle pains and felt constipation but when he went to the restroom nothing would come out plus he said it hurt for him to breathe. He slept to see if relaxing would help but today he says he doesnt feel any better. Anything I can do to help relax his muscles?

This is a bit rank, sorry.

I had a ‘small’ hangover like grogginess in the morning (didn’t have a drink the night before). But by midday I felt like sh1t. I went home and was sick, twice, went to be about 5ish and then work up about 10ish feeling much better.

The only thing was all the muscles from my waist to my knees were rock solid (it hurt more than feeling, or being sick).

I shat water the next day and then done orange sh1ts. ORANGE?? What’s that about? They had no structure to them, like a cow-pat.

I’m Ok now, have the regular stools back now, lots of shape and they slide out.

I get about 6 hours of sleep every night, but even when I get more it makes no difference - I am sleepy and sit falling asleep at my desk all the next morning. On weekends, I eat breakfast and then I crawl back in bed. I'm just so sleepy! After noon or so, on any day, I'll be mostly okay after lunch. However, I still yawn all afterneon. While I'm drifting off to sleep at my desk in the mornings, I know I'm beginning to dream, because I'll have dreamlike thoughts that make no sense, and as soon as I pull myself back to wakefullness I'll realize it was a dream. I can practically do it with my eyes open. I've been to the doctor about it, and she gave me Ambien, to help me get better sleep at night. It does work, but I'm wondering if Ambien keeps working for 12 hours. Has anyone ever experienced this, and what did you do for it?

I have heard talk about getting radiation from cellphones. Is this true and is it serious enought that people should know, or is it just me that is "in the dark about this?" Also, is a person exposed to radiation staring at his computer screen? I have been getting headaches, but maybe it is just getting a little too much of either one or it is just in my head. haha Could it cause cancer? Thanks for your help.

Hi! I was wondering: what is best for a human` s health: sugar or its substituents? I mean it is recommended not to use sugar at all, instead to use sweeteners. But these substitutes are recommended for diabetes. So what to do then? Thanks.

..and the heating so high in Winter? Should it not be better to keep a constant temperature all year round? In many offices and shops it's freezing cold in Summer (when everyone wears light clothes) and too warm in winter (when everyone wears heavier wintery clothes). Isn't it a nonsense? I believe that isn't good for the health. And what about energy-saving? Very seldom I've heard air conditioning being mentioned as a waste of energy.....

I am interested in having laser eye surgery to correct short sight but I am concerned about the longer term side effects as I get older. I can't find much information about this subject on the web so I would be really interested to find out.
