I have tried numerous over-the-counter products, prescription medicine, and facial treatments... none of which have actually yielded significant results. A friend suggested acupuncture as a solution. Can anyone testify to this?

I link to an informative website is very good also. my eyes just recently in the past couple of years have gone from 20/25 to 20/100. i really want to educate myself on how to keep my eyes from getting worse. i do go on the computer a lot so maybe that contributed to my eyesight going bad.

i went to Sav Ons the other day to take my blood pressure
(im a teenage male, 5'3, about 115 lbs)
on the machine, it indicated what the #s meant:
the normal blood pressure was 130 and below
131-140 being normal to high
140+ = high blood pressure

but i got 108 over 69 is that too low?
i don't seem to be sick often or have any health conditions,
can anyone analyze my results? and how can i work on improving my blood pressure to the normal rate?

It may be so that they have I'm just not sure that I have ever been made aware of it. If not possibly a way to fend off one flu is to infect someone with another. I know wishful thinking but I am curious just the same. I'm not a medical person so be merciful in your comments.

It seems absurd how some drugs are a perscription and some are not. We can cause harm very easy with some over the counter drugs as well as perscribed.

I just feel its like the car some things almost seem done on purpose so you most have it serviced at a shop. So do you think it is at all a monopoly for the health industry in a whole?

My left ear has felt blocked for over 3 months now and i havent had any pain, but it just came and went. I finally got tired of it and i have been looking for a cure i dont want to go to the doctor yet. Anyways the left side of my nose is always stopped up and i tried blowing my nose really hard and i felt alot of stuff deep inside of my nose so i think its my eustachian tube that is blocked. When i yawn i feel pressure in my ear and it feel like the pressure tries to go out my ear and it hurts sometimes. If i go to the doctor will I have to have surgery and if left untreated will it lead to more serious problems? Any answers will help greatly, THANK YA'LL
