Registered Nurse here, excellent blood pressure reading. Great doesn't get any better. The universal norm for blood pressure is 120/80, however a lower reading is great with a healthy individual. Indicates your cardiovascular system is in top notch shape, and that you have a athletic heart. Keep up the good work. Thanks for the opportunity to answer your question.

108/69 is perfect, nothing to improve on. There is systolic and distolic pressure, The higher number on the top needs to be under 140 and the lower number on the bottom needs to be under 90. Mine is about the same as yours. Always excersise and eat right and that will help you maintain those good numbers.

Considering your height and weight, I would not consider that to be too low. "Classic" normal s 120/80 and not 130-over-anything, as suggested by that machine. They are actually looking to have the top number at 115 or lower these days...

First, those supermarket bp machines are not accurate. 2) you cannot use one bp reading to tell if it's "normal" or if there is a problem 3)"normal" for you may not be for another 4)your stated bp is normal for your age, height and weight. To ease your mind, have your bp taken manually by a professional.

Go to the doctor. That's nothing to mess around with. You could have a stroke, or something worse. Go to the doctor.
