Please go and see the pastor/minister of a christian church - Elim, Baptist, (Your town) Christian Fellowship etc. The pastor/minister will pray for you and anoint you in oil (only a drop) and cut you off from those spiritual bonds in Jesus' name.
Don't be scared or worry, it really works, I've witnessed it many times.
You see all power is given in Jesus name.

The best way to break any spiritual bonds you might have been born with is to join a religion. Any religion will do. Believe what you're told to believe and those beliefs will exterminate any genuine spiritual connections.

it depends how far back they go. If it is more than 200 years ypou are stuck with them and you will pass them on but if it is less then get exorcised.
