Go and splash water on your face.
Get yourself some water to drink, have a small drink of it and keep taking sips every couple of minutes.
Open the window to get some fresh air. If this is not possible take a break and go for a quick, brisk walk outside, even if it is raining..... take an umbrella!
It sounds to me as if you are de-hydrated and starved of oxygen.

Drink some coffee or a Diet Coke. Get off the computer and do something that requires physical activity. Sorry you're so tired.

Make a list of things to do for tomorrow or for when you have free time. Make a list of things you'd like to accomplish sometime in the future. Works for me and I've got a LONG list!

Splash cold water on your face -- that'll wake you up -- then drink some coffee. Works for me all the time.
