I have been sick this summer. I first had my gallbladder out about two months ago and then shortly after that, I was diagnosed with viral meningitis. I have noticed that for the last few weeks that there is a lot more hair in the shower drain when I am done showering and when I run my fingers through it wet, quite a bit comes out. Should I be concerned?

I have read that drinking your own urine is a really excellent thing for general health. Does anyone know if this is true. I havent tried yet but i'm assured it works. Any sensible comments would be appreciated.

I'm 15 and my measurements are 32-25.5-34 and I'm 5'3''. It doesn't sound that big, but I have this big fat waist compared to the rest of my body. I have been eating healthier for the past few months and doing tummy exercises every other day, but I'm still just as fat. I just can't seem to get rid of the fat around my waist, it sticks out. It doesn't sound that big, but I have fat rolls around my waist, and it's really ugly. I don't know why, I weight only 95 pounds though.

I know the question sounds kind of silly, but I've been becoming more and more restless and I don't think it's very healthy. You know that thing where you shake your leg up and down when you're sitting down, I do that ALL the time. It is impossible for me to be sitting and not shaking.
Last night, I was lying in bed trying to get to sleep and since I couldn't shake my leg cuz I wasn't sitting I started tapping my foot, really fast.
I also have this need for speed (yes, I know, a lame cliche, but it's true!). If i'm going 80, that's too slow. 85 is okay, and 90 is good. It's as if I have all this energy inside me that I somehow need to let out. Do I just need to exercise more or something to release energy or what? The shaking all the time might not sound like a lot but it is! I tried to make myself stop today and I was going nuts, it was too uncomfortable not to.

My daughter is 10 years old, she has totally stopped eating, I have found food stuffed in her pockets, or hidden in tissue. I have spoken to hear about it and she says she is scared to swallow in case she chokes. If you can get her to put a piece of food in her mouth she will chew it but you can tell that she can't swallow it. She wants food and is asking for food but once she has it she is finding it impossible to swallow it. She has always been a good eater, but is a very slim child and cannot afford to lose weight. She will drink and she will eat yogurts, ice cream etc, obviously things she is sure won't get stuck in her throat.
