Tired a lot, stomach aches at times wanting to vomit, and headaches.

I am a vegatarian.
My meals are:
one cup of oat meal.
Soup.
Salad.
Water.
That's my intake all the time.

Might be excessive estrogen or yeast. Try cutting way back on sugar, grains, and dairy products - drink more water. Stick to more chicken and fish, cut back on fats. You might need iron supplements and a liver cleanse as well. More green vegetables would probably help, and make an effort to get 8 hours of sleep a day. Probably should go see a doctor if there are other symptoms.
P.S. Now that I see what your diet is, I would agree with the answerer that says there may be some kind of malnourishment. Probably just go see a doctor.

How long has this been going on? Is it everyday or just some days? Does it center around your period (those could be associated with PMS)? You can look up stuff on the Internet about symptoms but fatigue, nausea, and headaches are all very common and those can be symptoms of several things. They might not even be related. So the best advice would be if this gets worse, you develop new symptoms, it interferes with daily life, or it lasts longer than a few weeks you should go see a Dr. That can be expensive if you don't have insurance (or even if you do b/c of copay) but your health is not an area that you want to skimp on.

Did you ever think that you could be mal-nourished? You're barely eating ANYTHING! Go see a doctor or dietitian.

If you are under alot of stress or anxiety, it could be physical signs of that. You should consult your doctor.
