and what is the average for all humans? i counted at school and i averaged 88, but my heart was sort of beating faster..how bout u?

I have sleep apnea. I wake up at least 10 times a night (that I know of)when the back of my throat closes up and I cant breath. Im spacey during the day and have a constant headache. Ive been prone to depression/anxiety in the past, and to make matters worse....i freak out when I jerk out of a dead sleep when I cant breath and it starts a panic attack. I called my doctor, but he cant see me for 2 weeks. Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with this until I can make it to my appointment? Im scared.

I have recently has an MRI scan for headaches and sickness. They found two calcium deposits and some odd veins. Lots of the Drs first said I had bleeding, then clots then deposits. I don;t feel very confident that they really know what's going on with me. Has anyone else heard of things like this please?

I was wondering this because I find that lately when I eat anything that contains coconut I get a migraine headache. Does anyone know what other foods can trigger migraine headaches? Recently i was perscribed hydrocodone 7.5, acetaminophen 750 for a bad leg burn (white pill form). Since acetaminophen is horrible for the liver i want to know a fast and home effective way of extracting the acetaminophen from the hydrocodone so i could take the hydrocodone by itslef separating the two substances. I heard this might be done with salt or something similar. Help please.

i've been jumping and skipping alot [just being very active]

The surgery was outpatient, but I was completely anesthetized. I have a few stitches, and I have been given lortab for pain. I was hoping to not have to use the pain medication by today. Is it unusual for it to hurt two days later? The incision is less than one inch long!

I have seen a sports medicine doctor about this, but so far have only received an x-ray...he says I should come back in 3 weeks if it's not any better and he'll give me an MRI...I almost feel like he doesn't believe me because I don't remember an incident where I injured it. Anyway...

This pain is located on the outer-under side of my left knee. I have full range of motion, but when I extend it all the way, or bend it all the way, there is a constant (no pulsing) pain. It usually does not hurt when i walk, unless I walk for a long time. My doctor recommended I ice it, but it almost feels worse after I do it. I don't know if that is because of the icing, or because I tend to ice at night. He says it may possibly be a torn meniscus, but just wants me to stay off it and ice it for now. I've had this pain for at least a year (but seems to be gradually getting worse)...does this sound like a torn meniscus? What else could it be?

I used to play water polo and be in the pool for hours and be fine, but within the last month... my hands prune within 5 mins. And I am talking seriously prune up, and its pretty much just my hands that are like this. I havnt changed anything I do, soaps, water, nothing has changed. I cant figure out why this is happening all of a sudden. Any ideas anyone?

She used to be right on track for potty training but had one hard bowel movement that hurt and now holds it in until it's as big as my fist! It's becoming a test of wills and not much is working. I give her milk of magnesia 2 times a day and fibersure in all her food. She still holds it in and screams bloody murder. Will it just take time? She drinks prune juice , should I up her dose of milk of mag? 2 teaspoons right now.
