Started hurting yesterday, but know it hurts more. I am only 20. The back of the knee is the soreness, it hurts too bend. How can I treat it?

I removed my cast a week ago from a broken wrist and my wrist still hurts whenever i bend it to the maximum. But the pain is not in the bone, it feels like its in the ligaments, is this normal? and is there any way i can speed up the healing process?

I had fracure of talus bone two mths back. Now 7 days after removal of plaster cast I have only 40 -50% of normal range of movement. What is a proper way exercise ankle jt? I can't go to physiotherapiest as no one is there in our village

Since two weeks ago, I hv suffered from "hang or cold" shoulder after I believe after an overnight wrong sleeping position that hv stiffen my hand's shoulder nerves. It was swollen after applying oinment and accupunture on it. Simultaneously due to the "long waiting period", it resulted in "stiffed neck" position too as I cannot find a good position to rest my head and shoulder. The shoulder is heavy and cannot be lifted-nerves stiffen and swollen. I hv run "hot water" over it too. Apply head and shoulder's stiffenning lotion to heat it up. Since it is too long and cannot get a good night sleep - can anyone with knowledge offer any better quickie method beside an injection - phobia!

Thanks and meanwhile a good and happy white X'mas ahead and definitely I will do my "gifts" shopping too for the kids in this situation. It does not hinder my enjoyment of Life is Wonderful!

Okay. A few months ago, I went to the doctor conserning this little bump in my hand. He whacked it with a book (Yes.. really) and said it was only a packed bit of calcium or something, and that that whack on my hand broke it up. But now, it's back. on The palm of my hand, right below my middle finger, it's like it's attached to the bone there. It's the size of a slightly flattened chocolate chip, and it's hard. Any thoughts on what it could be? And should I go back to the doctor?

11/17/06 Please help? I was injured while on active duty with HHQ Co. 854th Hvy Combat Eng. Now I need copy of records of 1 week stay in Keller Army Hosp. at West Point. Injured Back and have since fractured pelvis in a dozen places reinjuring lower back and need records for service connected and non service connected Comp. and Pension. Any help would be appreciated. I have a terrible ear ache all day. I wore ear plugs last night and now my right ear is very sore but not the left one. I don't believe it is an ear infection but who knows. Any suggestions would be apprecaited to get rid of this thing without having to see a doctor for now.

My IBS randomly started acting up again, so my stomach is hurting REALLY bad and I don't have any Nexium (thats the pill I'm supposed to take for it and its the only thing that works) left.
