how long do you have to live there to become a resident? When can you qualify for Tenncare? A drivers license?

you have to live there for at least 6 months to become a resident. and you need to show proof of address by showing them a bill that was sent to that address to get Tenncare. you can get a tennessee driver's license as soon as possible. but, you also have to show proof of address.

How about you not move to Tennessee to qualify for TennCare? It's people moving here from out-of-state to get it that have made it what it is now: a catalyst for the lazy, unemployed, drug-addicted useless citizens of this state.
