Ok more detail, these little spots are tinny like pencil dot small it started when I was away in Thailand I cut myself shaving (a tinny nick) this has never healed completely it is incredibly small (I had to point out to my doctor).

Anyway a few days after my cut about four tinny white spots appeared, I freaked a little. When I went home my doctor said it was Fordyce spots and that I always had them… I went to a clinic and had battery of std tests three weeks after I returned home, all negative.

The white spots have continued to spread, to the corner of my mouth (looking like dry skin) when it fact its hundred of this spots. I returned and saw a different doctor he says it is likely a bacterial infection.

He prescribed me ‘Fucidin H Ointment’ I applied it once over night (in the morning to my horror the spots had spread to my lower lip)… my lips have not swollen or red just covered in white dots.

Anyone have any ideas what this could be?

Could this be a fungal thing

I know that there are not dangerous but everywhere I read about them, says that they are most common after mid-age..I have them many years and I was wondering if they could be a sign of something dangerous..Do you know any other people that have at least one skintag even if they're very young?

Has anyone used products for mole removal, eg the wart mole varnish, dermatrend mole remover etc etc???
I want to know just how good they really are, and if they're worth the money.

I have a fairly large mole in an area i dont particularly want it cut out and am looking at alternatives. I've seen my doctor and it is 100% non cancerous.

help appreciated! thanks

I have had bad acne for many years.....I think I first got acne when I was 5 or 6 or 7???....one of those years lol....I'm 15 and I've tried all OCT products, prescriptions, and my doctor reccommended me to go to a dermatologist....they recommended me accutane but when I looked it up there were many side effects so I didn't buy it plus it's expensive....so that means I'm no longer with the dermatologist.

NOW....I've heard that tea tree oil should help. Like will it remove the acne scars and the other type of acne where there is no "white thing" in the middle, instead, just a bump?

I've heard alcohol, but it's cytotoxic, so it'll kill like cells and stuff.....

.....any tips or things I should try out to get rid of them, or at least lessen them and make the scarring disappear???

P.S. Does Proactive remove scarring?.....I'm probably not going with Proactive...to expensive, my parents probably won't pay for it lol

i am sure most of you have experienced the awful shoulder sun burn. especially if you are the red hair fair skin type that always over estimates the power of a little sunscreen. So why is it that someone that should be used to these sunburns, and know every trick in the book asking for help. Well because you see i have been doing really well as far as the whole no burning thing this year. wearing hat, applying spf 50. but just now i kinda slipped.
I have already done the whole aloe vera gel thing, and that works for a little while, but here is the other thing. I have to preform a show on thursday in a tank leotard, and my teacher is going to kill me.
please help me get out of this stingy red mess, and fast.
thank you

I have a really bad sunburn and I used aloe vera. I'm curious on what aloe vera really does. I know it forms a protective barrier which helps retain moisture and promotes healing but does it do anything else for a sun burn? possibly prevent peeling?

What would you recommend as far as a cleansing routine (and best brands)? He doesn't really have bad breakouts, but small blackheads and pimples surface on his nose and chin. He is currently using biore facial cleanser and has really cut back on sweets. Any recommendations? Thanks so much!

i have a big pimple on my face. or at least i thought it was a pimple. but instead of doing what a normal pimple does it filled up with blood. now it's been a few days and it's not getting any better. it doesn't seem to be doing anything. has anyone ever experienced this? i'm pregnant, so i think it's probably a hormonal thing, but if anyone has any suggestions on how to handle this i'd love to hear them. thanks.
