Presently we are living at hilly area and generally temperatures are low. Even during summer season sometimes fireplaces have to be lighted due to cold. whenever the fireplaces are lighted his cheeks becomes red and gets irritated.Can anybody explain why it is happening and remedies if any.

It sounds as though he's getting overheated. Don't overdress him in the evenings when he's around the heat & see if it helps. You should see the doctor just the same & see what he says. Keep a little bit of Vaseline on his cheeks & see if that helps with the irritation. :)

he's 10 they are probably basically his friends. stop interpreting too a lot into it, in the adventure that they are those form of calls why does your son supply out your style and imagine it truly is nice? He is likely allergic to something in the smoke from the fireplace. You might try to encourage him to stay as far away from the fireplace as possible and that may help.
