Skin Conditions - February 2007

my boyfriend has these red bumps on his arms, chest, and back and a little on his face. hes had them since a kid mom was supposed to take him to skin specialist cuz they didnt know what it was its not psoriasis. now our baby it starting to get them too but they arent red yet. they dont itch or flake or anything they are just there? can anyone let me know if they have a clue as to what it can be.

my little finger on my left hand turned black overnight and i know it can't be frostbite cuz i wear 1/2 inch thick gloves!

i have psoriasis at about 40% entire body. not just here and there, but almost entire front and back torso area face 1/3 fore arm, down both legs. so my questions is what is the chance my child to be (wife still pregnant) will be born with or get it in it's early life.

please real answers no jokes ok, it scared my wife thinking about it last night

Hi. I got some problem with acne. I don't usually get all the time, but I like to stop acne from coming. I know i should have never popped it to begin with but I did, and I cant change that... but now i have a scab on my chin, from a pimple, and i want it to go away as fast as possible. What can I do/put on it? The infection is gone and its just a scab now.

I have had these small spots since I was young. They turn the area red if they are rubbed but are not sore. Does anyone know why people get them.

I dont like wearing sleeveless tops because of it.

I have seen other people with it and my daughter has inherited this from me too. Please help!!!

allrite...pls be serious ok im not feelin that good asking this.
i have this thing once in my cheek butt and now in my labia major.

the thing firs appear as a bump and as it grow firmer and harder, i could never be able to squeeze it. wat i did just make ripped out the skin membrane, the skin heals but the bump persist n its itchy sometimes and gets harder .
i think the itch comes as they get more mature. still, i cant make what inside to come out. squeezing doesnt work.
until one relieving day it comes easily. when i squeeze it, first what come out was pus, but fairly dry. i mean the pus isnt liquid flowy like but more like "sumthing dense" . then the more i squueze it, theres a sac like thing come out . its like a membrane pocket half empty and i suspect that the pus is what was inside.
then the skin is okay, become flat again and the scar heals.

the whole process could take months so it is really disturbing.

I recently moved to an area with very hard water and noticed that the skin on my face, chest, and shoulders has become dry and started to break-out no mattter how much lotion I use. Is the hard water causing this problem and is there something I can do about it???

For the past few years I've constantly been scratching my head and when I stop there are desposits of whitish grayish oily stuff under my fingernails. Its not lice and I don't think it dandruff because it only gets worse when I use a dandruff shampoo. Am I scratching off my scalp? I want it to go away! Please someone tell me whats wrong with me!?!?!

I have a Schitsu... He is very well maintained. However, in the last month or so, he has developed this rash looking things under his coat. He scratches it from time to time, but it does not seem uncomforatble to him.It is effecting, but the rash looks somewhat like a scab. what are some things it could be and how can I possibly treat it?

I don't have a major pitted nails. I don't have psoriasis kind of nails. I feel embarrassed in public places like in buses, trains to show off my nails.I always try to cover up my nails, by wearing gloves or with a newspaper.
