Put some disinfectant like hydrogen peroxide or alcohol on it to kill the germs, then wash the disinfectant off so the skin won't get dried out. Put a little benzoyl peroxide on the spot and then leave it alone. You can try icing it if it's red or swollen.

Clean the area, put some clearasil on it and stop picking your face! You can spread the bacteria around your face when you pop zits and make it worse for yourself. You can also cause scarring.

wash it and leave it alone! The more you mess with it the more you will irrtate the area and possibly infect it.
