I've heard that skim milk is very good for your skin, actually, they say less fatty foods are the best, but skim milk will keep your skin soft n wrinkle free, this i have seen. good luck to you!

Anything with omega 3 fatty acids is good for your skin. Like salmon.

well, proteins are the building blocks of our skin, hair, and nails. Besides that.. it is very important to stay properly hydrated.. especially in the winter.
