As many have said, check your mall. Do a google search for the words "proactiv" "mall" and your state (or city, if you live in a large urban area). It should give you a pretty good list.
The other thing you can do is go on eBay (still the internet, but I wasn't sure if you just didn't want to give your info to Proactiv's website). Many sellers offer Proactiv - some are retailers, others (like me) sell the extra bottles that they accumulate. Be sure to check their shipping costs and their rating before buying. Most sellers are safe, but you still need to be cautious. You can buy sets or individual items. Be sure to only buy full, sealed, NEW items. Do not buy homemade samples or items that say they've been opened.

Some malls have a Proactiv kiosk (cart) that sells all their stuff. It's not available in regular stores. Try looking on their website.

I don't know where you live, but many malls now have kiosks selling Proactiv. I buy it at the mall and don't have to pay shipping. Go to the website for malls in your area and see if the business is listed. They don't tell you on the website because they want you to pay shipping.

No. The only other place I have seen is is at a Proactiv kiosk at the mall. But they own that, too.
Pretty sure you have to buy it from them. It's exclusive.

Proactiv really worked for me i love it, but if you decide to get it makesure you get the refining mask/sulfur treatment stuff because that works the best
