I know i should have never popped it to begin with but I did, and I cant change that... but now i have a scab on my chin, from a pimple, and i want it to go away as fast as possible. What can I do/put on it? The infection is gone and its just a scab now.

There's not much you can do now that it's scabbed over. Put a little A&D ointment on the scab...do NOT pick it off or you will have a deeper scar. When the scab falls off, rub a bit of A&D ointment on the remaining scar every night for a few nights. Hopefully the redness that remains will fade over time.

Some people us cocoa butter to treat scars. You can also use cortaid or something containing hydrocortisone (OTC). Your local dermatoligist can also give you Kenalog injections or provide prescriptions for other remedies such as triamcinolone or protopic. The sooner you treat it, the better your chance of etting rid of the scar.

Dry it up with some acne spot treatment so that it comes off without bleeding.

just don't pick or itch the scab or it will be a very visible scar forever.

You can try Clearasil...that works really good or you can gently wash your face with soapy water.
