Can hard water make your skin break-out?

I recently moved to an area with very hard water and noticed that the skin on my face, chest, and shoulders has become dry and started to break-out no mattter how much lotion I use. Is the hard water causing this problem and is there something I can do about it???

Absolutely. There must be a chemical that is making your skin be super dried out. check what's going on with your water system and either get a water softener, or something.
