Best way to get rid of a zit is putting on Acne medication the strong stuff from Clearisol.

If you are desperate then try dabbing toothpaste right on the zit leave it for a couple of hours then go wash your face with warm water and soap and put on a a warm towlette on your face for a while.

Pop it then put alcohol on it. It hurts but it's effective.
