Dermotologist Help?

Hi! - I am going to go to the Dermotologist in a couple weeks because i have acne. What is the Doctor going to do? What kinds of medications does she give me? How long will it take for the pimples to clear out?

I dont have very bad acne like all over my face. Its just alittle on my forehead -

I think it will prescribe you some pills like noregestimate

This pills are for birth-control but it also may be used for the treatmeant of acne.

Ok, she's going to ask you how bad it is, how long you've had acne etc.. On medications, it depends on what works, They might prescribe Solodyn or a simple antibiotic to start to heal up your skin, and rejuvenate. And for how long it takes, sorry to say this but depending on how bad your acne is, it might take an average of about a couple months for it to fade. That's just the way it is.
