I see the commercials all the time, but they never say what it is. Nor does the website.

Ok.. what is a wart? Where do they come from? How do you get rid of them? (with out going to the doctors) Do those home remidies (the ones you find in the drug store) really work?

Just a few questions...

I'm 25 years old, and have used sunbeds occasionally since about the age of 21, never usually more than 10 or so 6 minute sessions, maybe twice a year.

This year however, i've been fed up with being so pale that people think i'm ill, and been going on them more, perhaps 15 or so 3 minute sessions in the last 3 months. I know the dangers associated, but fake tans just don't seem to work for me - i have such a naturally low level of melanin in my skin, they don't seem to have any effect on me, and i am just left with a vaguely orange tint.

I'm developing some lines around my eyes, which makes me think i'm just going to have to put up with being pale rather than go wrinkly. However, i'm concerned that the sunbed use i have carried out so far might have made these permanent.

Will these fade with time, or am i now stuck with them? And can anyone recommend a fake tan that really stands out from the crowd for working well and providing a good colour?

Thanks for any help

is there really nothing out there to get rid of them??!!

i've tried it all...pads, creams, rubbing alcohol. clearisil, neutrogena etc. needles and tweezers to pick it out (i kno it sounds bad..) i've even asked my mom to see a dermatologist, but she wont take me to one, so basically that option is out. you name it, i've tried it.

im currently using proactiv, but i've been using it for a long while now annnnnd nothing. the only time it remotely works is when i use it day and night, every single day, without missing once.
im busy! i dont have alot of time in the mornings, and im completely exhausted by bedtime, and i miss washing my face sometimes..

UGHHH ive had this problem since around 5th grade (in 9th now) and im getting completely fed up.
im just wondering if this is all a lost cause..and if theres ANYTHING that i can do!!!!

My husband has had a type of rash on his face now on and off for 5 years.

He has seen a specialist they thought it might be something called (not sure how to spell it!) roscea.

It starts off as little raised blotches and starts to spread and then it can go.

What causes it ?

I've been going to the tanning bed for quite some time now, and today I left my tanning lotion at home. I bought a sample packet of something the salon had there. It had "tingle" in it. Which I assume makes your skin tingle for a while. Well, as I was applying the lotion I noticed my skin got extremely red and rashy. So I went out to show the salon lady and she said it was normal for this to happen. It would go away in about an hour or so. My skin feels like it's crawling away, and burning off. Please tell me this is normal with this type of lotion. It's austrailian gold, with tingle. I freezing cold and burning up at the same time!!!

I just got over my period and this morning I noticed some dry, peeling skin surrounding my vagina lips. It doesn't itch, burn or hurt when I peel it off. Is this a sign of an STD??? Please help! :-/

I have a bleeding scalp that itches severly with lots of flaking- does anybody know of a home remedy that I could use? I've tried various dandruff shampoos but I have a sensitive scalp, and they just make it worse.
