I have a bleeding scalp that itches severly with lots of flaking- does anybody know of a home remedy that I could use? I've tried various dandruff shampoos but I have a sensitive scalp, and they just make it worse.

You need to see your doctor before you put any type of medicine (over the counter, or not) on your scalp if it is that bad. Go see your doctor. If you can't afford it, find a Free Health Clinic in your area.

My daughter had a similar problem and she went to a doctor who gave her a prescription for "Dermasmooth" and for a over the counter remedy "Pentrax". Also sometimes a harsh shampoo will do this and also anxiety. Best to go to the doctors but if you cant try the "Pentrax" over the counter shampoo.
