No real difference. Male and females have the same thing except some organs. The difference is the testosterone and Estrogen.
Testosterone a male steroid hormone produced in the testicles and responsible for the development of secondary sex characteristics.
It can also be made synthetically and used to treat androgen deficiency.

female skin will b so soft than men. but it doesn't mean that men have rough skin. there will b lot of hairs for men so only it looks like that. it also suits 4 women also. texture, oilness & pigmentation will b more 4 women

A guy I know went to a local police training camp and found that women leave very little, if any, fingerprints at crime scenes. It's because of some natural chemical the secret more than men. I just thought that fact would be interesting.

hair growth patterns are different, but as to the skin quality....it is unique from human to human, but not man to woman, both sexes experience all the skin types.
