Aloe vera or any good quality moisturizer.
Next time, use sun screen beforehand.

you need to use a very high SPF lotion, something like a 100, then reapplying every 2-3 hrs... that in the areas exposed to the sun, and also on those parts not so exposed, cause sometimes our clothings knit is not so tight that uv rays go through... you can find at some stores UV resistant fabrics, a hat is good too... now, If it's too late for this...... then some local anesthesic is good, lidocaine is one of those, you need to moisturize your skin and drink lots of water, you can fin some lotions which have some local anesthesics too... look for them.

if youve already gotten the sunburn aloe vera gel is great. it releases the heat from your skin. you can feel it working its great.
