Because.. as it says its an antibacterial. Fungi or protozoa are NOT bacteria.. you basically answered your own question.

Because fungi aren't bacteria. Bacteria and fungi are two different lifeforms, and just like you can't kill an earthworm by cutting it in half, but you can kill a person by cutting them in half, different things kill different lifeforms.
