Nope, never a pimple, I had a Sty once, it hurt like a b i t c h ! If you have one, because you never mentioned that you had one....but if you had one or know someone who has...put a hot compress on it and it should soften it. Then squeeze that b i t ch.

You can't get a pimple on your eyelid but you can get a sty. They hurt and they come to a head as they heal

It is probably a "sty". If you want to help soften the head, soak a washcloth in warm (NOT HOT) water and put it over your eye. Soak it for a while, and repeat a few times. You should probably be able to pop it with your fingernail. It is advisable to pop it, I've seen an untreated sty build up and build up and get so bad that it's needed surgery.

i wonder what these ppl are thinking... anyone who has skin can get a pimple anywhere there is skin- DUH!
as the oils build up and the pores clog, a pimple will form- yes they can be painful, but will go away eventually.
of course, they are also right- it COULD be a sty- if it is near the opening of your eyelid where your eyeball is... either way, i wouldn't pop it, just let it go away on its own
also, do not try to cover it with any kind of makeup- that makes them stay longer... use an acne treatment with "salicytic acid" in it (this is just a fancy name for aspirin)... i think clean and clear is one of them- just get the kind you dab on with a cotton ball.

Never a pimple are you sure that is what it is, and not a sty? I've had a sty and then tend to hurt a bit but mostly they itch alot.

usually they can be from a clogged gland in the skin of your eye lid or they can be a stye from a clogged gland in the eye lid. Both can be painful. If you are not sure what it is go to your doctor and get put on an antibiotic if needed

no i have never had a pimple on my eye lid but i can imagine it would be very uncomfortable!
