Has anyone ever got a "blister" or a "bump" from tanning? I usually tan a little in late winter, early spring, so I don't burn in the sun. (I know, I know, I shouldn't tan, I don't want to hear it) I came home yesterday after tanning, and before I went to bed, noticed a small blister like bump on my brest, no pain in it at all, and this morning it was gone? Is this normal, please only people with tanning experience answer!!! Thanks!!!

I'm concerned with a breakout of acne on my face in one area that won't go away. I take 500 mgs of vitamin c and a multivitamin every morning, could that be the cause ?

I've been using some nutrogena acne wipes, and the acne clears up for a day or two, then it comes back.

At first I thought it was my razor, so I bought a new razor and changed my shaving cream, but that didn't help.

Have any of you ever had this problem, and if so, what should I do ?

a male freind of mine has developed sores on his tongue and feet which he asked me about yesterday! but I have no idea and can't find any reference to it online.
his tongue has a couple of round sores on it about half a cm across that look like they have been scooped out (the taste buds are missing and red flesh is exposed) this has happened a couple of times over the last few months for no apparent reason.

secondly on his left foot he periodically develops a few 'blisters' which are tender to touch and contain clear fluid. The skin underneath is pitted and the blisters harden after a few days and then fall off.

Does anyone have any ideas what these could be and whether they are related?

He is otherwise healthy and has a balanced diet and exercises moderately....

Are there any good resources on the web I can send him a link of to investigate this further?

Does it really clears up your skin from pimples and remove marks from your face or just worsens it?? If anyone has/had tried this product and seen some improvement please do share their experience. it gets red and sore sometimes, but only for a day or two, and then it's better for awhile, and then it gets red and sore again...also, the skin around the piercing (on the outside) gets really dry and flaky. it's always peeling a bit, even though i carefully wash it with mild soap and warm water, and then moisterize it with a really gentle moisterizer everyday. i am wearing a stud made of surgical steel. am i doing something wrong? i have my ears pierced and i don't get any of these problems with them.

I was wondering cause I have small amounts of acne at the top of my forehead and i treat it with medicine and all. Well, I usually try to sleep face up with my body face up also... but I just cant get to sleep like that... takes me awhile, not a good position. But, I'm worried that if I sleep on my side my acne will increase beacuse my forehead would then be touching my pillow. Any suggestions? And, I can't afford any more acne then I already have... just rips me apart. So, I'm thinking it may, not sure if thats true or not.

I have dry feet that split in different places, mainly on the ball of my foot. It is very painful and the cracks will sometimes bleed. I went to the doctor a few weeks ago and he told me it was just from bad luck, and he recomended I get Carmol 20. I got it and used it, but it did nothing for me and it just got worse. I tried neosporin, Neva lotion, and I am currently trying Goldbond lotion and Aquaphor. I constantly sleep with my socks on to keep the lotion on, but it just doesnt seem to want to go away. I have never had this before. If anyone has any ideas on what I can do to treat this or what this may be before I go and waste my time at the doctor again please let me know. Thank you!

i had something on my thigh that looked like a scab i left it for like a month thinking it will go.last night i just decided to peel it of it was painful but not a lot. As i continued i found that it was a little deep. so i cleaned a safety pin with alcohol and used it to take it out. out came something that was smaller than half the size of an ant. i examined it to see what it was i couldn't tell if it was a bug or not. i couldn't sleep that night pleaz tell me wat it is ,and if i should consult a doctor (I'M REALLY SCARED)

my lips are dry and i put on vaseline at the night time and sleep with it and it does work for a few hours after i wake up, by after that, it becomes white and rough. and this has nothing to do with the winter months because it is the same story during the summer. what can i do to fix the problem

Alright, well I started using proactiv and my skin is kind of dry, but not really. It just feels all awkward and stuff. I use proactiv every night and in the morning after i take a shower i put lotion on my face. Anyways, proactiv works, but it makes my skin feel weird. Anyone know what I should do? Have you been in this situation before w/ proactiv?
