At night, rub in a drop or more of all natural, mixed tocopherol, Vitamin E. It really heals scars well if you are faithful and patient to stick with it-you will see results, even over a very long time.

Hmm, I have a red mark in the middle of my chest too from acne. But it came like in 2004 and its now 2006, its not gone yet. Oh well, I go swimming 3 times a week no one has said anything about that at all.

You can try Neways, it's 100% free of all toxic chemicals and works wonders for soothing acne prone, scarred skin. You will not find it in retail stores. You can only get it through a distributor. I am a distributor based in NSW but there are heaps all over the country. You can check out their website www.neways.com.au to find a distributor near you. Alternatively, shoot me an email super_staa@yahoo.com.au and I'll happily send you some obligation free info and free samples. Best of Luck!
