I heard somewhere that if you have sex, you have less acne. Is this true?

It is true in males because the fat in the blood comes out as sperm and due to this the fat which normally triggers acne is not there. In the case of females really I do not have any idea probably when the girl orgasms she also loses her fat from her blood ( just wondering).

The act of having sex has absolutely no direct effect on your acne. Stress causes acne, and having sex is known to reduce stress levels. I'd say that since having sex with your boyfriend, you've relaxed a bit and your stress levels are down. Lower stress levels = less breakouts and less acne

well if you go on b/c pills you'll have less acne. so maybe indirectly having sex will clear acne.

stress can often worsten skin complaints...sex tends to reduce stress. indirectly, maybe.
