Who discovered Parvovirus infection? I need to do a report so if you could give me a link that would be even better because I need to Cite my source and I don't think this counts as a source. Before anyone jumps on me I read that even Five year olds can get so im not a whore or anything I havent even got the results back yet...It may be tonsilitis. My glands and my tonsils are swollen and I have white spots on my tonsils....My doctor said it MIGHT be mono but I just cant believe that I never had any health problems before....but until the results come back....Has any of you ever had this happen to you....and if so then how long did your tonsils stay swollen?

I am very sick and my doctor just faxed a letter to me telling me i am not a loud to go to school untl my fever goes down. And i have a low grade fever and a few other symptoms like my chest is congested, my chest is achey, actually my whole body is ackey! I have sinusitis and that is why I am home but i think I am getting either broncitus or pnemonia. i am afraid to tell my mom because # 1 i want to go back to school and # 2 she may not bekieve me. I actually feel like I am getting a fever now. I have not slept for days. What should I do? Any suggestions??????????

I think that me and my son might have been exposed to salmonella. We were eating some chicken fingers on Monday night and I noticed that some parts of it were not cooked all the way through(after my son had eaten almost a whole piece). Why is that? some people say you have to wait a year, others say you can't donate for life? and is the one year wait just for people with tatoos on their arms? and if you can give blood after having a tatoo why did my hospital refuse to accept me as a donor even though they tested me and they know that i don't have hepatitis, HIV, or any other transmittable disease, no anemia, or HPN or anything, i'm healthy, in my 20's, no vices, but i just have a tatoo and they still rejected me, why? oh and my tatoo is 10 years old

i have a urinary tract infection. i am on an antibiotic. once i started feeling better i had intercourse with my wife while still on the medicine.
now it seems she is the one i caught this from as my symptoms have re-appeared. she is going to the doctor today to take care of her. but what should i do? i am finishing my meds but what else should i do is anything? will it go away again as i am on the meds?

i had a flu for about 2 months ago and it made me have diarrhea , lack of appetite, fever and vomit
i recovered now i dont have a flu anymore but somedays i have diarrhea (not heavy) and this makes me weak it also makes fever but only 1C hotter than normal body heat it isnt a serious fever and uhmm also somedays in the mornings i have nausea.
ill go to a doctor
but im feeling bad about this and just want to learn whether is it a really bad thing? or serious?
or just because of the cold weather ?or something like that?
