There are so many things that could be causing this that you really should see a doc. The weakness after diarrhea could be caused by dehydration. Try increasing your fluid intake. Try eating a banana everyday to increase your potassium and it's a natural stool hardener. You could have an intestinal parasite and the fever I am not sure about so go to the doctor as only tests can confirm what you have.

It could be the change of season ...
but it sounds more like something you ate. You might have eaten some infested meat.
If you have a poor diet it will lower your immune system allowing infestation. Do you eat a lot of sugat and refined carbohydrates?
It could have even come from the water you drink.

You could possibly have parasites ... most of us do, to some degree ... you may have more than your body can handle.
Your symptoms definitely sound like U have parasites.

There are natural remedies to get rid of them.
Here are a few suggestions:

1) Go on an apple juice fast for 4 days. Take 8 garlic caps daily and chew fresh papaya seeds mixed with honey frequently.
On the 3rd day add papaya juice with 1 TB wormwood tea and 1 TB molasses.
On the 4th day, add 2 cups senna/peppermint tea with 1 TB castor oil, and eat a handful of raw pumpkin seeds every 4 hrs.
After the worms are gone, eat a high vegetable protein diet and lots of cultured foods, such as yogurt.

2) Take garlic oil capsules in the morning, refrain from eating or drinking until your bowels have moved. Repeat for 3 days.
Take Aloe Vera juice 2-3 glasses a day.
Black Walnut extract 4-6 times a day with barberry tea as an anti-infective. Beta carotene 50,000IU daily as an anti-infective.

2) For giardia infestation (the most prevalent in the US ... usually from water) take Dioxychlor by American Biologics, as directed.

You do need to see your Dr. Some flu like symptoms can be caused by other factors, such as food poisoning.
