It's actually called MRSA. and it's a highly infectious disease that is antibiotic resistant. It's common among people living in retirement homes. With a very progressive treatment it can be cured, but once you have MRSA you have it, and will always test positive for it.

methesellyne resistant staph, common among many types of people you dont know you have it until your immune system goes down, then it attacks, hospital workers can pick it up, people who have been patients in the hospital for a long time, but your common average joe if he did have it might not know it.
