My doctor ordered a cat scan because of a lump on my shoulder. They said it was a fatty tumor and then that was all the info I got. Is there any chance it might be cancerous?

I mean, i think we're fully aware of what it is by now. Don't get me wrong though, it's good that people make it an important issue as many are affected by it, but what about cancers of the prostate and such.

The appendix has been shown to serve as a harbor or breeding area for bacteria known to break down cellulose. If the appendix is removed, any nutrients available from plant tissue encased in a cellulose membrane is unavailable for digestion and absorption.

All the "nutrition therapy" models rely heavily upon plant-derived substances.

I was just curious to find out if most or all of cancer victims have had an appendectomy and if the lack of an appendix might be an exacerbating pre-condition that might increase the risk of cancer.

My dad was just diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. I've done some research and read a few answers here on yahoo. Everyone is saying that this is "a death sentence". I was wondering if anyone knows how long the average life expectancy is of someone with stage four colon cancer...it has spread to the liver and lungs as well.

i breasts hurts when i touched them at some parts. are women with big bust tend to have a higher chance of getting breast cancer? they're really heavy on me. and at times i cant sleep soundly coz of the pain. i'm just 20 years old and i heard that breast cancer only happens after 21. i dunno if what i felt is a lump. but still, the pain is scaring the hell out of me.
