Every illness or disease is caused by one thing Blockage! Blockage can be descibed many ways including physically, mentally, energy (meridians of the body), and spirtually. I could explain this simple concept in great detail, but you must figure out and remove your blockages. Examples below.

4) Do a cleanse of body to rid of toxins in the blood.

Drink Distilled or Pure Water (80% of your body is made of water), use herbs, go on a juice fast (or juice in general), exercise, yoga, swim, eat organic foods, chiropractor, acupunture, reiki healer, or run around the block naked! Just do something different!

5) Learning to forgive might be the most important of them all.
No matter what has happened to you in life with someone, the negative emotions like hate, dispair, fear, anger and untrustworthy will block normal energy channels throughout the body. I know this can be difficult to conceive, but if you want people to forgive you then you must do the same (even the worst sins). You will never forget, but forgive internally or externally if needed.

my mom had breast cancer in her 40's. she was cancer free for 17 years when it came back in the other breast.she went through chemo and radiation and surgery again, mom was thin and weak after this bout of cancer.after getting to where she couldn't eat and in horrible pain she was put in hospital for more test--which showed her cancer had also gone to her pancreas.she died 3 months later at age 63
