If a woman can get breast cancer could a man? Some men give "breast milk" like woman could they get breast cancer? Could a normal man get it? Why or Why not?

Yes, men can get breast cancer, it is just not as common in men, as in women. I don't know exact statistics though I'm afraid.
Unfortunately men don't look out for the key signs women look out for, lumps and changes in the breast, etc, so most only realize it when they get a fluid discharge, or a blood discharge from the nipples, and then it's usually to late.
Most men are also ashamed to admit it, because it is commonly seen as a "woman's disease", and they don't want to feel emasculate, so it is not something a lot of people know about.

Yes, men have breast therefore they can also get breast cancer. However they aren't able to produce milk. No babies, no milk.

Big B-some men do lactate. you should look it up before you shoot down what someone says. and yes, all men have the possibility of getting breast cancer.

yes, men can get breast cancer, even normal men, it isn't common though. and yes you are right, rarely men can produce milk, it usually has to do with a tumor in the brain though.

1 in every 1000 men get breast cancer. It is higher in black men, for some reason. It usually starts just under the nipple and usually presents itself with blood discharge.
