these this small bump on the back of my head - it doesnt hurt but i can feel it - sometimes it inflames n sumtime it goes down - wat are these

Its probably scalp psoriasis. Go to the doctor and get him to prescribe you Betnovate scalp application, its excellent. Stings like f*** when you first put it on though!!
