Look,my grandpaw died of that, and, well,Im trying to stop the smoking issue.

For you who DO soke, why DO you smoke?Look, not tosound rude or anything, but,if yo dont stop, theres a 99% chance of getting lung cancer, lung dessiese,or anything like that.
The person I have lost was not only my grandpaw,he was my best freind and I miss him and it would be so sad if any of you out there would die of the same reason.
Look,im sorry if you think im being rude, but,it YOUR chose to smoke or not to smoke.

Most of you are probably ganna say "This isnt a question" Well, yes,it is and I would like for you to answer it,please? :'(
And some of you are probably nice enough to not say anything mean! P.S.I ALSO NEED SOMEONE TO TALK TO.---Thank you.

Mom my has been diagnosed with advanced breast cancer. Her cancer has spread to her lung, liver, kidneys, etc. She has finally started chemo, but it isn't helping. She is in a lot of pain, and highly medicated. Saturday, her ex-husband who she is still seeing took her away while I was at work. My sister was home, but did not say anything. She told my Aunt he made her go to his house in another county. I feel he is incapable of taking care of her because he is an alcoholic. What can I do?

My daughter keeps asking me if it's possible for her to get breast cancer and she is only 19 years old, we've talked to medical profesionals and they say there is nearly a 0% chance of someone so young getting breast cancer. Is there anyone out there that knows the statstics of someone under 20 getting breast cancer or how likely it is?

I had a colonscopy scheduled for tomorrow. This is my second attempt. The first time I couldn't stand the taste of the liquid you had to drink, so I had to cancel. Now tomorrow I have one and the prep was the visicol tablets. I couldn't swallow the pills (have trouble with them) and I have anxiety so it makes trying even harder. I attempted to crush them up, but I'm back to square one with the taste. Please, does anyone know if there are ANY other routes. I mean, I know there probably isn't, but any advice. I'm only 20, but my mother died of colon cancer at 43 and they want to check me soon. Any advice please!

My husband (who is 45 years old) was diagnosed in Oct of 06'. Gleason 8 (4+4), Stage D. He is on Casodex and Eligard, and his PSA level is now 0.4. His doctors claim he can stay on these meds for many years.

My Aunt has bladder cancer and has had it for awhile, there's nothing more that the doctors can do for her, hospice was called into her home to help controll the pain she has been having, my mother a former hospice nurse, flew out to be with her sister to help out. they are controlling the pain with heavy meds, they put a cathiter in and the out put is nothing but blood, her vomiting comes and goes. My question is, how long are we looking at before she passes on?

I have both breasts, but, had 11 lymph nodes removed under the arm, chemo, radiation the whole enchalada. The point is there is a huge % of women who find these enlarged lymph nodes as I did and didn't realize what it was-I had mine 2 yrs. The scars are minimal but the underarm is completely removed. I can hide my husbands socks under there. I feel this would educate many women and men to look elsewhere for possible medical conditions. I really prefer CSI Miami for this because the M.E plays an integral part in the show. Who do I contact???

My mum has recently had Chemotheraphy and radiotheraphy for bowel cancer. She finished the treatment approx 2 weeks ago now. They told her at the hospital that she may feel worse once the treatment has stopped before she feels better. My mum is in her late 70's and wasn't very fit before this as she has Artheristis (sorry cant spell it) in her legs. My mum is spending lots of time sleeping inbed, she gets up some days for about an hour max about twice during the day. On other days she only gets up to use the toilet.
My dad is losing his patience and doesn't know what to do. He keeps telling me this cant be normal behaviour. Has anyone been through what my mums going through now?
How long did it take for you to feel better?
Is my mums behaviour normal?

Please, any help will be appreciated

I'm 26 and had a mastectomy 6 years ago. I ordered a mastectomy bra from a Dr. Leonard's catalog, but it was not very comfortable. I don't like the ones that have a line going right through the middle of them. I have a hard time finding anything in my size 34B.

Would appreciate it if you could provide sources to accompany your responses. Also, would appreciate hearing stories of recovery. I have a friend who is going in for surgery on Thursday to remove a large (soccer ball sized) tumour. How common is this size of tumour? What are her chances?
