a tumor is an unatural growth. It is a cancer but people call it a tumor sometimes because they dont know if its a dangerous cancer or not. There are two types of cancers. Malignant cancer and benign cancer. The benign cancer is just a growth which is not harmful. The malignant cancer is a dangerous one that has to be dealt with right away.
