Milk or Potatoes is what i have heard

i know what it feels like to burn your eyes with a welder and i also know that you can also burn the eye to the point of no return there are drops you can get but i dont know if it will help

You can slice a potato and lay the slices on your eyes.
This has helped me . I don't know how long you've been welding, but you should always use the proper protection.

Eye repair? WTF have you been doing? You can stop further damage but repair ......... not so much. See an opthomologist (eye MD, as opposed to an optometrist who aint a doctor) sooner rather than later. Carrots? Blueberries???? No. Potatos?? No. Milk?? No.
