I'm O negative, and I try to donate at least 2-3 times a year, since I"m the universal donor.

The doctor can test your blood with a simple blood test that can be added to your yearly physical.

Good luck and donate if you can!

I am A+.

You can just ask your doctor to tell you, it should be in your medical records if they have ever done a test on you.
