Relax.
Even thought it sounds terrible, it is much better than having issues with her thyroid. My husband survived a thryoid storm and opted to have his killed by nuking it. Well, it didn't work well enough and he had to have it done again.
The thryoid is a complicated and often overlooked organ. It has control over almost 90 % of your body in one way or another. Emotional issues are common with this disease so its important to keep her on her medication. I have found it is easiest to take it the same time every day to reduce accidents.
Be patient and loving and soon you'll have your loving wife back

I even have not had this surgical technique myself, yet i'm an OR nurse that has been in touch in many thyroidectomies. you may desire to have an incision in the time of your neck approx. 3-4 inches. once you awaken you may experience discomfort. be valuable & tell your restoration nurse in case you do & you will get carry of discomfort drugs by your IV. you may desire to have a dressing or bandage around your neck for some days & in all hazard a drain coming from the incision. You shouldn.t have any issues ingesting or swallowing. in case you locate which you do, tell your nurse or well being practitioner immediatly. After your incision heals you will in all hazard no longer even be conscious it rather is there. As to your medicine, you may desire to easily experience like a classic guy or woman. even nevertheless you will could desire to take a pill for something of your existence, the variety you experience would be greater advantageous than you experience stunning now with a diseased thyroid.
