with prostrate cancer and the specialist apparently told him that his blood levels are 7.9??? I have no idea what this means but he says that the reading is too high. The specialist told him he can't fit him in until the end of May and that he should go on his overseas trip and enjoy himself !!! Any naturopaths or herbalists out there who can give me a bit of info regarding his likely prognosis and wot sort of natural remedy/action he should take???

I also bought an Innovage Emergency Radio/ Flashlight set which also has the same warning. My question is: are these products safe to use for adults and for children? If I had read the warnings, I probably would not have bought those products. Thanks in advance for your answers,

My granddad had stage 2B lung cancer. They caught it in time and were able to get it all thanks to the good Lord but my question is this... He is on chemo (once every 3 weeks for 4 times) when will he feel the worst during those three weeks? i know a few days before it's done again he's supposed to feel best!

I had the first treatment a week ago. The side effects are not too heavy, I feel of course a bit weak, unwell, nauseated, easely exhausted, throat pain and pain in the nose. But I can accept this.
What will happen after the next 6 or 7 treatments ?
Thank you for giving me your time to answer !

My brother in law is at a very bad stage of cancer, he has the strongest will of anyone I know. He has been taking medications for pain that are giving him alarming side effects. He can't distinguish between the cancer and the pain medication side effects (vicadin). He has never had panic attacks before, but now he is, along with a whole string of other bizarre side effects. My heart is breaking for him. Can anyone suggest some natural pain relief.

Thank you.

Cathy

My son is now 12. Last year he underwent chemo and he's ok now, but he is afraid to use deodorant as they all have that ingredient in it which is linked to causing cancer. He's at puberty now and needs to use something.

Can anyone recommend a deodorant available in Canada preferrably that doesn't have that ingredient? I believe it's aluminum or something of that nature.

Thanks in advance.

my last question has some good answers - [http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AonQyF47Tz.cLkrCzQ51K6_cxQt.?qid=20070301115134AABt62a ]

but what i'm really curious about is if the body will get cancer automatically, as they age, without exposure to any carcinogens.

as i see it right now, since mutations happen all the time anyway, doesn't this mean that cancer is an inevitable condition, provided that you last through any other conditions that you face as you age?

I have a friend who is battling Leukemia. He beat a chest tumor in early 2006, but was then diagnosed with Leukemia this past fall. I would like to collect donations for him and his family as he has essentially been out of work for over a year now.

Is it possible to setup a bank account where people can make donations without having his social security information? this would need to be an account that allowed anyone to donate, where only he or his wife could take withdrawls on the money.

I don't want to ask him for his SSN info because I know he'll refuse the charity. Anyone setup anything like this before?
