you make that doctor do all tests possible. it COULD be cancer, but it COULD be just a cyst, you cannot be too careful where your health is concerned. the ct scan shows more than the reg. xray and then they could do an mri and they can biopsy. Good luck to you and I will say a prayer.

I don't know about the other two, but go to www.webmd.com and you can find out a multitude of things there as well as how to get info from your doctors.

Lump Under Arm

If this is a swollen lymph node then ask why they haven't given you a antibiotic? Lymph nodes swell in response to infection. It is possible that the Dr is waiting for all of the test results to come in to make a decision. Dr's arrive at a diagnosis by looking at ALL test results and the information that they get verbally from a patient and also from the physical exam.
It is possible that they may never find the reason. I assure that eventually this will go down if it truly is a lymph node. Try taking some OTC ( over the counter) pain meds such as Tylenol or Advil. You could use a heating pad for 20 minutes out of every hour, just be careful and don't fall asleep and burn yourself. Good luck, I hope this turns out to be a minor infection and resolves on it's own. If this were cancer I think they would have already biopsied a piece of the tissue from under your arm.

A lump under your arm pit is most likely a inflammed lymph node.

Breast cancer the lump is usually painless but since you say that it is painfull, I am thinking its not breast cancer.

A ct scan will show more of the soft tissue more in depth so they can locate anything they couldn't see before in the other scans.

If it is movable it could be a cyst.
If the breast is enlarged, has a orange peely look and feel, is warm or has hard spots it could be a rare type of breast cancer...but i am sure that the dr would have check for that if that is what they though it was, you can't miss it. Or mistake if or anything else.

If it was me, I would have all the tests done so I knew what I was dealing with. Then I would seek information from people who have had, or know people with, similar problems.

I can provide you with details of an international research and development company that, for the past 20 years, has been providing people around the world with herbal formulas that synergistically work with the body.

If you would like to find out more about this company and how you can directly access their products, you may email me directly at leanne27@aapt.net.au Please include your suburb if you would like to speak to someone in person.

I have heard the testimonies from different people who have had lumps disappear, the endocrine system be rebalanced and allergies disappear just by changing brands of the products they are currently using and using quality supplementation provided by this company.

I’d had excessive sweating for over 2 years, and finally found relief in this natural remedy http://stop-sweating-now.keysolve.net
These two years were probably the worst time to be sweating because I was just starting middle school and trying to be cool and fit in, just like the other insecure kids. However, unlike most of them, I came home each day with huge sweat circles that would start early in the morning when I got dressed and got worse and worse throughout the day. Not anymore! I am so thankful for that remedy.

It might be a swollen lymph node. I got them before and the doctor told me to lay off caffeine because it aggravates it, especially in a woman and especially during certain times of the month. It really helped to stop the caffeine. I have not had one for years now.
I hope that's all it is. Ask your doctor.

My husband gets huge and very painful lumps in his armpits if he uses anitperspirant. I have to buy him the stick that is deoderant only. He has had to have this lump cut open and drained a few times before we found out whatwas causing it. The doc told him that the antiperspirant prevents you from sweating thus clogging sweat glands and causing an abcess. Maybe that's your problem too!

Could be: ingrown hair, inflammed lymph gland, sweat gland swelling, allergy to deodorant. Try talking to a health food store for dietary changes or go to a chiropractor for nutritional and homeopathic suggestions. Good luck. Try not to worry too much cause that's not healthy either!
