The sooner you get treatment the better. Even if you do not feel effects yet, untreated brain tumours can make you blind, deaf, paralysed or dead,

Yes, it has been known to happen but, I wouldn't bank on it.

Also, it's not a miracle. Spontaneous remissions can and do occur. Cancer cells are continuously mutating. Perhaps a mutation lead to the remission.
