Nicotine in tobacco promotes water excretion, so water soluble vitamins including C and B-complex are lost.Smokers are more prone to psoriasis, eczema and allergic skin reactions. Sense of smell and taste are also reduced, which could impair daily pleasure and safety, and possibly nutritional status. Vascular dementia is more common among smokers, but some research shows lower risk of Alzheimer’s.

I don't smoke, but my husband does. I know the obvious things are bad breath, lung damage, yellowing of the skin on the fingers, yellowing of the teeth, and wrinkles around the mouth. Many people don't realize how much it raises your blood pressure and that it also deprives your bones and body of oxygen. You can begin having spinal and/or other bone problems. If you are getting older, you may find out that you now have to start taking blood pressure meds. Also, did you know that it builds up in your liver and bladder as well as the lungs? My stepfather had bladder cancer because of all the nicotine built up there.
Smoking is bad for your entire body.

My grandpa died because of tobacco. Tobacco can cause cancer and death at an early age. It also causes a scratchy throat, difficulty in sleeping, and slowed body movement. in the end its not worth it and you should stay clear.
