please help me find research findings on the postives of the product as well as the nagatives!

just keep in mind that if it sounds "too good to be true" it probably is! there is no such thing as "superfoods".

now, if a person ate a well balanced diet and did not do things like drugs (this includes alcohol) they would be in optimum health.

if your looking to add to a poor diet, just add a multivitamin and have a glass of juice of your choice once a day.

no need for exspenive gimmics such as emerale balance-truth is, your body will only absorb what is needed, the rest is goes down the toilet...pun intended.
