I have these white marks on my nails sometimes. I didn't think much of it every time I had it, since it'll be gone after it grew. I just wondering this morning when I noticed that I have another two of them on my fingers. Does this mean anything? could it be a symptom of a disease? anybody have a knowledge on this?

I'm 44 and the itching is occuring more frequant. This itching only occurs while speed walking, shopping or cutting grass. It is more intence than any itch I've ever experience including posin ivy. Rubbing or scratching the itch only makes it move to another part of the hand even though both hands remain swollen and red through out the palm as well as the top of the hand and the fingers. About 30 minutes after I stop physicial activity, the skin retuns to normal. In the past month, my feet have done the same thing. (My feet feel as they are warming after being exposed to extreme cold.

My 2 month old has a swollen red top lip. Babies usually get blisters from sucking the bottle, but this looks like it is something different. Her pediatrician asked if i ever had herpes? No I havent, and have no signs of it. Pregnant woman get tested for stds and aids while pregnant, wouldn't it show up if I did infact have herpes? I asked this question under newborns and didnt get an answer, so I figured someone might help here.

Hi, I'm 26 weeks (Or 28, the baby is 26 weeks gestation) pregnant. My pee has been tested twice for sugar in the urine, and came back fine, but yesterday I did the 1 hour glucose test, and received a call back telling me my levels were elevated and would need to come and do the 3 hour test at my earliest convienience. They didn't tell me what the numbers were. I've been reading about gestational diabetes and it scares me, especially since 40% (!) of people diagnosed with it go on to develop type 2 diabetes. But, I don't understand why there's no extra sugar in my pee, but this last drink-the-orange-pop-test came back abnomal/elevated. Thanks for the help :)

in a 42 yr. old adult alcoholic male who smokes marijuana daily? (and has done so since age 11). What sort of diseases or conditions could be responsible for this weird ugly nail fungus? This male has had chronic and life-long stomach problems, and had a pyloric stenosis operation as a baby, wherein he was fed through a tube in his head, and had to have part of the intestinal tract removed. I am not sure what causes this condition in anyone, so I am interested in learning of any possible culprits, or I'd like to hear back from anyone at all who is experiencing, or has ever experienced, this unsightly fungal phenomenon. Or if you are a Dr., or someone knowledgeable about this condition and can possibly tell me what it is and how to get rid of it.....please. Anyone who is serious, please please respond. Anything you have to share is beyond gratefully appreciated, and eagerly awaited.

I've had stomach flu like symptoms for 2 months now.
I've been to doctors, the hospital, I've had CT scans/Blood Work. No ANSWERS.
I'm extremely Desperate to find answers to atleast make me feel better. I have not been Vomiting (Just the feeling) nor do I have diarrhea, but I cannot do my daily activities and I get easily carsick. People are telling me it could be nerves, but I am completely comfortable and have nothing to be nervous about. I feel drowzy all the time and just down right crappy. Loss of appitite follows. I am trying something new now, which is pumping myself with vitamins that are hard to get by eating bland foods. If anyone has a tip or anything similar I am very interested in your feedback.

I am 16, but I have weak joints, especially my elbows. When I went to the doctor he said that I have some disease, because my arm span is longer that my height, in addition to the elbow problem.
