Sometimes (rarely) warts can go away on their own.
Your best bet is to see a doctor if you can and have them give you a prescription for cream like Aldara or have them treat you in the office.
Since you don't have insurance, you might want to check and see if you have some free STD clinics in your neighborhood or even a Planned Parenthood. Good luck!

There is no known home remedy for genital warts. I understand the lack of insurance. I would look into a Planned Parenthood clinic or local income based woman's clinic for low cost effective treatment.
There are many treatments for genital warts and you should discuss all your options with your doctor before making a choice.
There is no known cure for genital warts either, though some researchers believe that in many cases your body will reject the virus within 2 years.
Good luck.

When they are very small and just coming in, you can pick them off with your fingers.
Put rubbing alcohol (antimicrobial) on your fingers and fingernails afterwards. Then keep the area clean. Be sure to wash your hands well after you touch the area to be sure you don't spread the warts to other areas on your body.
This gets rid of the warts outbreaks, but not the virus. It stays with you.
That's what I do. And yes, I am serious. I have had genital wart outbreaks on and off since 2002.

I'm not sure, but I do know that genital warts are caused by a virus, HPV, and that they will never be completely gone. Shop around and be sure to ask your doctor.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING ONLINE! perscriptions online are very often scams or knockoffs and even if they look legitamate they can still scam you, but i do not think that you can get rid of warts, it is an uncurable std and you may not get to get jiggy with it ever again
