He is the love of my life, i been waiting for this day for years, he says he loves me and that we are going to try again, get engage and marry me. i luv him to death,. if he ever gets STD's he would get fire of his job (just for the type of job that he does)., what am i going to do? i dont wanna loose him, but yet; i dont know how to explain him what i have. i am so scare of loosing him, so scare of what he is going to think of me, and if he leaves me? i dont want him to loose his job. he will be here next month, and first time in 2 years that we see each other again, and this time should be for-good. how or when should i tell him? or should i keep it a secret? since i am on medication he wont get it ( i guess, and hope) i dont know what to do please, please help me :(

I'm overweight and never had any sexual contact. It's like an oval shape area that is half on my hangover stomach and half by my pubic hair. It's real ashy and when I scratch it just falls like flakes but their is still like a dark spot that show you that it's there when I put lotion on it. Can anyone tell me what this is and how or if I can solve this problem?
Please mo joking because this question is really important to me.

The skin right below my thumb on my left hand is soooo itchy. Especially when I wake up. The itchiness will subside, but my thumb is stiff, like it feels like its almost swelled, (doesn't look it), its starting a little on my right hand too, (same spot). Last week not sure if related, started with feeling like my lip had a cold sore (it didn't), then the left half of my face swelled a little, then these little blisters formed between my right middle finger and pinky. Then same fingers on my left hand! Then the itchiness started on my hand under my thumb! Whats going on!
I haven't touched anything different that I know.

my ex has recently been diagnosed with a hole in the heart he needs further tests but isnt telling me very much info can this be genetically passed onto my 4 kids is it unusual for this condition to go unnoticed for 42 years without causing any sypmtoms, could this come from years of alcohol abuse
